Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of Affinity Radio output or activity, we have put in place a Complaints and Grievance Procedure to deal with your complaint.

At Affinity Radio, we are committed to delivering high-quality, community-focused content and service. If something goes wrong or you are unhappy with any aspect of our output, behaviour, or services, we want to hear from you so we can address it promptly and fairly.
How to Make a Complaint
You can make a complaint about:
- Something you heard on-air (e.g. offensive content, bias, factual accuracy)
- A presenter, staff member, or volunteer’s behaviour
- A technical issue or broadcast quality concern
- Our general conduct as a broadcaster or organisation

Subject Line: “Complaint – [Brief Description]”
Please include the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- The date and time of the incident or broadcast
- The nature of your complaint (what happened and why you’re unhappy)
- Any supporting evidence, if relevant (e.g. screenshots, recordings, links)
What Happens Next?
- We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days.
- A full response will usually be provided within 15 working days.
- Your complaint will be handled confidentially and investigated by a senior member of our team.
- If further time is required to investigate, we will keep you informed.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If you’re unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the issue to:
