Simon Marshall brings the ultimate mix of music and personality to your weekend with his feel-good two-hour show, Weekend Anthems. Expect a soundtrack of 80s anthems, forgotten gems, dancefloor throwbacks, and fresh new tunes—all wrapped in Simon’s laid-back charm and trademark humour.

Simon launched his commercial radio career at just 19 on B97 Chiltern FM, before going on to present for Mercia FM, Wyvern FM, Northants 96, Hereward FM, Q103, and Star Radio in Cambridge. While working with the GWR/GCAP group, he also hosted overnight weekend shows across ‘The Mix’ network.

In 2005, Simon made the switch to the NHS ambulance service, but his love for radio never left. Broadcasting is in his blood—and Weekend Anthems proves he’s still got it.
